And now it’s time for Google Pages.

Look ma, now you don’t need My-crow-softie FrontPage to create that page about your grandson! After all Google has come up with an online homepage editor and a free webhosting service (the rumor floated a few years ago has finally come true!).
You get 100 MB free webspace, a sub-domain (name.googlepages.com) and loads of pre-made templates to publish those awe-inspiring sites.
The interface is about as cool as that of GMail (both use AJAX) and extremely fast and easy — yes, now even your Grandpa can create a site.
Way to go Google! But are you folks going to anything about those servers errors that I’ve been getting in my GMail?
UPDATE 1 : I seem to be getting a 404 error at the site right now. It was working a few minutes ago. Perhaps it should be back up soon.
UPDATE 2 : It is back.

Actually you can use Google Groups to host your forum! PHP and MySQL? Tough luck!
