Another really smart way to instantly overcome any worry you have.

I talked about a tactic that I use to overcome my worries in a previous post [ 7 Best tips for someone who is just starting in business ] — for every problem in world there is either a solution or there isn’t. If there is let’s find it otherwise never mind it.
However, that is not the only tactic that I find myself using. The problem is that once you are faced with a problem / worry, your excitement level is so high that you are not able to think if there is actually a solution to the problem or not.
The tactic that I use to instantly calm myself whenever I have any problem is to think of the extreme outcome of the problem, accept it as a reality and then improve from there.
Let me explain this idea with an example. Say, you are writing an exam and all of a sudden you find that it is a really tough paper and you don’t know an answer to most of the questions. Now what?
Well, if it was I, then I’d have told myself that what is the extreme thing that can happen to me i.e. I fail the exam. Is failing in exam gonna kill me? No. What I can do is that I can atleast try an answer the questions somewhat.
What I usually find is that accepting the extreme result and then improving from there cools my anxiety faster than I can imagine. And, having a cool mind means better though quality.
Next time you face a problem, try using this tactic! ![]()
