Defining Experience

I always say that the best way to learn something is to make loads of mistakes. So imagine my delight when I recently read this story of a discussion between a reporter and a successful business man:
Sir, ” What is the secret of your success?” a reporter asked a successful business man.
“Two words.”
“And, Sir, what are they?”
“Right decisions.”
“And how do you make right decisions?”
“One word.”
“And, sir, What is that?”
“Experience. ”
“And how do you get Experience?”
“Two words”
“And, Sir, what are they?”
“Wrong decisions .”
