Blogging in a Saturated Market is Easy
Posted on 05 March 2007 by BS Buster
Welcome to our new feature entitled “BS Buster”.
In BS Buster I will debunk the nonsense that is floating around the industry. Following my BS warnings will help save you time and money, so let’s get started.

A Load Of Bull: Blogging in a Saturated Market is Easy
Says who?: The amount of new bloggers I see who try and blog on major subjects like Gaming, Business, Politics etc.
So what?: It doesn’t matter if you are new to blogging or a fairly experienced blogger, if you try and blog in one of the main industries then you are either a) A highly talented and experienced writer and authority in that industry. or b) A complete idiot!
I would like to think that you are NOT an idiot, so save yourself the time, money, and humilation and use my “No BS Blogging questionnaire” to decide whether or not to blog in a saturated market.
1) Are you a talented and experienced writer?
2) Do you have a compelling style of writing?
3) Do you have a lot of experience in the industry that others will be able to relate to?
If you answered NO to any of the above then DO NOT attempt to become a blogger in a major niche. If you want to blog purely 100% for fun, and don’t care about making money, then feel free to blog about whatever you want, but not wanting to make money sounds like loser talk to me.
If you do not have all the above qualities and still wish to start a blog in a saturated market, then please do me one final favour….. please close this webpage and NEVER come back to StreetLessons.com again. I don’t want your stupidity to use up any more of my precious time.
Summary: Only a highly talented and experienced writer or a complete idiot would consider starting a NEW blog in an oversaturated industry, Decide which one you are before starting a blog in a saturated market.
